Trust

Posted by anonymous on March 13, 2012 at 4:30 PM

Trust - that word can bring a lot of different emotions with it. Many who are post abortive have had their trust shattered by others whether meant with good intentions or not. Many times when trust is broken we develope an insultated bubble around us in order to protect ourselves. In doing so we can end up isolating ourselves from those who really love us including God. Hence we are left on our own - for me that's not such a good place. The WORD of God says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not unto your own understanding. Acknowledge Him in all your ways and he will direct your path."  Proverbs 3:5 &6. Over the years as I seek to trust in the Lord I've found that He is fatihful to meet me right where I am and lovingly directs me along the right path. God truly wants nothing but the best for us. His best.

Romans 8

Romans 8:38 (NLT)
